Hannah Hudson with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead key people operations in Bellevue, Washington. This role will support employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and core HR processes while helping maintain accurate HR systems and records. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to guide both employees and managers through day-to-day human resources matters.
Job Responsibility
Guide managers and employees on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters to promote a respectful and compliant work environment
Oversee daily HR administration, including personnel documentation, policy updates, record maintenance, and support for routine employee lifecycle activities
Manage benefits-related processes by assisting with enrollments, answering employee questions, and coordinating with vendors to resolve issues efficiently
Lead onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring paperwork, orientation steps, and system access are completed accurately and on time
Maintain and update HRIS data to support reporting accuracy, employee record integrity, and smooth execution of HR operations
Partner with leadership to address performance concerns, workplace issues, and other sensitive personnel matters with professionalism and discretion
Monitor HR procedures for compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and internal standards
Contribute to process improvements within HR operations, including implementation-related tasks or administrative changes when needed
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in human resources management with a strong foundation in employee relations and HR administration
Working knowledge of benefits processes, including employee support, enrollment coordination, and issue resolution
Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms to maintain employee data and generate accurate information
Ability to manage onboarding activities and support a positive employee experience
Solid understanding of employment practices, confidentiality requirements, and HR compliance standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced business environment
