This role executes strategic initiatives while providing onsite leadership across all core HR areas. The position focuses on building structure around HR systems, policies, benefits, and compliance; strengthening performance management; and leading employee relations in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary onsite HR partner, building trust with employees and leaders
Lead company and VPHR driven HR initiatives that support growth, culture, and compliance
Oversee HR systems, policies, and benefits
Guide performance management cycles and coach leaders on feedback, engagement, and documentation
Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
Deliver training on leadership, communication, and compliance topics
Mentor HR staff and support talent acquisition, compensation analysis, and reporting
Drive HR projects such as HRIS implementations, DEI initiatives, and culture programs
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with Associates and HR certification
7+ years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing/Warehousing/Distribution environments
