We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee HR operations and office administration for small organization. This in-office role emphasizes hands-on involvement in daily HR processes, employee support, and administrative coordination. Job Responsibility:
Manage daily human resources operations, including maintaining records, compliance documentation, and reporting
Act as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership, providing guidance and support on HR matters
Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and communication
Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline HR workflows
Collaborate with management to address staffing needs and organizational development strategies
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment regulations and company policies
Support office operations by handling administrative tasks and maintaining an organized workplace
Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources administration and office management
Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance requirements
Proficiency in onboarding processes and HRIS systems, such as Paylocity
Experience managing employee benefits programs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws
