We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Chelsea, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. Job Responsibility:
Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee HR administration tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Manage benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting employee inquiries
Utilize HRIS systems effectively to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives
Monitor and address workplace concerns, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development efforts
Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify and implement improvements
Support compliance efforts with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on generalist functions
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR administration best practices
Proficiency in managing benefits programs and addressing employee inquiries
Experience working with HRIS systems to manage and analyze employee data
Demonstrated ability to coordinate onboarding processes effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and leadership
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success
