Serve as the primary owner of ADP, including processing payroll for 60+ employees, maintaining data integrity, and improving HR workflows through streamlined processes and SOPs
Manage HR operations in compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other applicable regulations
Administer employee benefits programs and manage relationships with the benefits broker, 401(k) providers, and other third-party vendors
Support Workers’ Compensation administration, reporting, and related employee matters in a manufacturing environment where these issues are especially relevant
Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, retention, employee engagement, and performance support
Act as a trusted resource to employees and managers on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters
Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen the HR function and support company growth
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, including payroll and benefits administration
Manufacturing background required
Strong ADP experience required
ADP Workforce Now preferred
Experience processing payroll for 60+ employees
Hands-on experience with Workers’ Compensation, benefits brokers, and 401(k) administration required
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and HR best practices
Excellent judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through
