Job Responsibility:

  • Be the go to contact to our Engineering division as their dedicated HR Business Partner, driving and implementing people processes and ensuring alignment with the strategic directions of the business
  • Be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our key stakeholders in Engineering
  • Work in close collaboration with leaders on all levels to deeply understand their business challenges and identify significant opportunities for future growth, shaping the direction of the business

  • Own the implementation of key people programs
  • Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to roll out and manage initiatives that support our employees and drive business success, including programs like Engagement Surveys, headcount planning, Total Rewards, and performance management
  • Empower managers to become exceptional people leaders
  • Provide expert guidance, coaching, and training to managers on all aspects of people leadership

Requirements:

  • Seasoned HRBP with a proven track record (5+ years) of success as an HR Business Partner or relevant role, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Experience of working in both a small and larger businesses would be beneficial
  • Can effectively navigate in a matrix organization
  • Global HR Expertise: Ideally you will have experience of working in HR in Finland, Poland or Spain
  • Leadership & Influence: You're a natural coach and influencer, adept at collaborating with executives and senior leaders
  • Solution orientated & Proactive: You approach challenges and navigate change with a can-do spirit and a high degree of resilience
  • Effective Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and you're comfortable facilitating presentations and workshops
