Our People & Culture (P&C) team is central to Awin’s success, and consists of around 30 people worldwide. We are looking for a new team member, which could be you! Working closely with the other P&CBPs as well as P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations, as Senior P&C Business Partner you will act as the main point of contract for managers in your assigned your business areas, while continuously building a relationship of trust and added value; approaching problems in a data and solutions oriented way. This role will be specifically supporting our Global Finance and our Managed Services teams in DACH, Poland and Sweden. This role is a Fixed Term Contract for circa 17 months between July 2026 and February 2028, with a possibility of extension.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively drive the delivery of the People & Culture Strategy and processes to your respective business areas and departments
Provide guidance and coaching on policy, process and labour law to your business areas, ensuring your managers are trained and capable of managing employee relations matters
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues from disciplinaries, exits, sick leave cases and everything in between
Build strong relationships with your business areas and managers within, bringing the best solutions for Awin and its employees
Challenge and influence the managers in your business areas on a variety of P&C topics including capability and workforce planning, compensation strategy, talent management, organisational design, succession planning and other strategic areas
Consistently deliver outstanding customer service by delivering best in class strategic and operational HR support
Analyse key trends and metrics in your business areas, using this to drive data driven solutions, initiatives and policies
Work closely with the P&C Business Partner team on identifying projects and initiatives that support the Group People & Culture Strategy
Collaborate with the other People & Culture teams to facilitate the delivery of the relevant strategy, processes and initiatives in your business areas
You will be responsible for the performance management process, system and communications
Requirements:
4+ years HR Business Partner experience
Experience with organisations in Romania is essential, and experience with Germany and/or Poland is desirable
Experience in supporting managers on workforce planning, retention, development, performance management, salary and compensation management
Relevant employment law knowledge and experience handling multiple complex ER cases
Proven stakeholder management and relationship building skills with a customer service mindset
Strong communication, mediation and facilitation skills
with an ability to navigate conflict with an outcome focused approach
Proven project management skills, from ideation through to completion
Ability to navigate change both individually and guide your respective departments through this
Good ability to influence stakeholders of all levels
Experience problem solving in a data driven way
Nice to have:
Experience with Germany and/or Poland is desirable
