As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing human resources operations, managing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. This role is critical for our operations as it involves managing a large employee pool, ensuring compliance, and facilitating effective hiring processes.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the onboarding and orientation processes
Manage employee benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and documents
Act as a direct report to the Exec. Director
Supervise the Human Resource Clerk and other team members
Prepare all necessary documents for payroll changes
Lead recruitment and retention efforts
Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Handle employee relations
Administer benefits and ensure compliance
Requirements:
minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resource Specialist role or similar
