Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager – North America Operations will serve as a strategic partner to the North America Human Resources team, providing essential support to all Business Units (BU’s) located in North America. This role is designed to support key initiatives across Business Units (BUs), and enhance organizational effectiveness through collaboration with HR stakeholders, North America based Operations leadership, and Centers of Excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with the Head of HR for North America to deliver high-impact HR support to BU leadership and HR teams for North American Operations
  • Act as a liaison between Business Unit HR, Operations teams, Global Functions, and Shared Services to manage HR integration and alignment
  • Oversee the execution and tracking of the approved BU blueprint for North America, providing updates on deviations as needed
  • Support actions related to the Talent Calibration process for the North American BUs and Operations teams
  • Support the deployment and execution of HR programs, initiatives, and change management strategies across the region
  • Guide and influence BU/Ops leadership on HR priorities that enable business success while supporting Circle K’s culture and values
  • Build and maintain business relationships by understanding strategic objectives, participating in key meetings, and delivering consultative HR support
  • Proactively raise HR-related topics and insights in management meetings and communication forums
  • Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives with a people-first approach
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and employer branding projects to attract top HR talent in alignment with BU needs
  • As employee relations cases are received
  • Lead or assist with these cases, including investigating, and remaining engaged in the case until it is resolved and formally document the resolution
  • Perform other responsibilities, administrative/generalist duties and special projects as assigned by the North American HR or Global HR Teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field – or the equivalent combination of work experience and education
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering and project execution within a large, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development/change management, and employee relations
  • Proven track record in supporting leaders and managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and drive results across diverse teams
