Creative Cosmetics is a group of companies associated with CUCCIO INTERNATIONAL (USA), a luxury spa product brand supplied to professional beauty salons in Sri Lanka. We operate a chain of professional nail salons under the NAILSPA by CUCCIO brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • End-to-end staff recruitment and onboarding
  • Handling Payroll processing accurately and timely
  • Managing EPF/ETF documentation and submissions
  • Maintaining complete and up-to-date staff personal files
  • Coordinating staff training and development programs
  • Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly attendance records
  • Handling staff loan applications and repayment tracking
  • Preparing letters of appointment, confirmations, warnings & all HR letters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR operations
  • Strong understanding of EPF/ETF, payroll & labour-related procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, email & HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Prior experience in the service industry is an added advantage
