We are looking for a skilled IT Recruitment & Operations Executive with over 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment along with supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume IT hiring while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including developers, testers, system admins, and other technical positions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and IT candidate databases
  • Support HR and operational processes, including data management, reporting, and employee onboarding
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and coordination with internal teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations
  • MBA
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt an AI-first mindset and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and decision-making within the role
  • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, sourcing techniques, and technical skill assessment
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume IT recruitment along with operational responsibilities
