We are looking for a skilled IT Recruitment & Operations Executive with over 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment along with supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume IT hiring while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including developers, testers, system admins, and other technical positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates
Maintain accurate recruitment records and IT candidate databases
Support HR and operational processes, including data management, reporting, and employee onboarding
Assist in maintaining employee records and coordination with internal teams
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations
MBA
Strong knowledge of IT recruitment, sourcing techniques, and technical skill assessment
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume IT recruitment along with operational responsibilities
