Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSSE Advisor to work within our HSSE team for this project! Working on a roster of 15 days on, 6 days off. Clough in a joint venture with BMD, are working with the Northern Territory Government to deliver the Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSSE management system
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis
  • Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks
  • Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects
  • Formal HS Qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV Workplace Health & Safety)
  • Driver's License
