Requirements

Minimum 8 years’ experience in HSE Management in Oil & Gas construction with at least 5 years in marine yard construction
Experience in at least one project involving major topsides fabrication and/or floater conversion project
Minimum 6–8 years of HSE experience, preferably in project-based roles within construction, oil & gas, or heavy industry
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, Internal Auditor certifications are desired
Solid knowledge of risk assessment, hazard control, and HSE monitoring tools
Proficiency in HSE reporting and documentation
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
