Job Responsibility:
Help develop and execute the long-term vision for the company's HR system (Workday)
Manage Workday security administration, including user role assignments, security group configuration, and regular audits to ensure appropriate access controls
Responsible for ensuring the system data integrity, security, and compliance with global data privacy laws across all countries the company operates in
Leading the HR technology projects with the HRIS and Data team
Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage the relationship with the HRIS software vendors and implementation partners
Overseeing the HR reporting and analytics function
Responsible for ensuring the system can provide leaders with the data and dashboards they need to make decisions about the workforce
Constantly looking for ways to improve HR processes using technology while handling complex, high-level system issues
Serve as the top-tier escalation point for all Workday-related support inquiries
Champion Workday adoption and best practices across the organization
Develop and deliver training programs and create user-friendly documentation for HR partners, managers, and employees
Requirements:
4 - 5 years of experience in the HRIS/HR technology field
At least 2-3 years overseeing an HRIS team
Global systems experience, managing and configuring an HRIS (such as Workday) across multiple countries and regions
Proven experience leading full-cycle, large-scale HRIS implementation or major module rollout (e.g., Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting)
Deep understanding of HR processes (e.g., compensation, benefits, talent acquisition) and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong knowledge of global data privacy regulations (like GDPR) and experience establishing data governance, security protocols, and audit procedures
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and present complex technical information to non-technical leaders
Experience in developing and leading change management and user training programs for new system rollouts
