Job Responsibility

  • Help develop and execute the long-term vision for the company's HR system (Workday)
  • Manage Workday security administration, including user role assignments, security group configuration, and regular audits to ensure appropriate access controls
  • Responsible for ensuring the system data integrity, security, and compliance with global data privacy laws across all countries the company operates in
  • Leading the HR technology projects with the HRIS and Data team
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage the relationship with the HRIS software vendors and implementation partners
  • Overseeing the HR reporting and analytics function
  • Responsible for ensuring the system can provide leaders with the data and dashboards they need to make decisions about the workforce
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve HR processes using technology while handling complex, high-level system issues
  • Serve as the top-tier escalation point for all Workday-related support inquiries
  • Champion Workday adoption and best practices across the organization
  • Develop and deliver training programs and create user-friendly documentation for HR partners, managers, and employees

Requirements

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in the HRIS/HR technology field
  • At least 2-3 years overseeing an HRIS team
  • Global systems experience, managing and configuring an HRIS (such as Workday) across multiple countries and regions
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle, large-scale HRIS implementation or major module rollout (e.g., Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting)
  • Deep understanding of HR processes (e.g., compensation, benefits, talent acquisition) and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of global data privacy regulations (like GDPR) and experience establishing data governance, security protocols, and audit procedures
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and present complex technical information to non-technical leaders
  • Experience in developing and leading change management and user training programs for new system rollouts

  • Sparing with HR responsible colleagues in FOUR PAWS' countries and ensuring efficient people operations for national and international employments in compliance with local laws and organisational policies
  • Acting as a trusted partner for line managers on special team or team member situations in offices and sanctuaries, independently from the country of employment
  • Being responsible for solving requests from the beginning to the end by bridging all stakeholders for implementing the best solution and in strong collaboration with the HR Operations Navigator
