Join our client in this newly created Senior HRIS Analyst role, on a one year contract! This role focuses on the implementation, testing, communication and training on Workday as it's introduced across the organization. The role collaborates and works closely across departments and stakeholders, to optimize the Workday integration.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with key stakeholders to design and deploy a comprehensive suite of workforce metrics, including turnover, hiring trends, and headcount analysis
Support the integration and refinement of Workday modules related to payroll, benefits, and core HR workflows to ensure end-to-end data integrity
Define metric logic, document system workflows, and establish a standardized reporting calendar for leadership and governance bodies
Lead data validation and reconciliation efforts while building out employment equity protocols to ensure reporting is accurate and audit-ready
Requirements:
At least 5 years of dedicated experience in HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, or a similar people-data-focused role
Proven proficiency in Workday (dashboards, reports, and data structures) and advanced Excel skills
experience with ADP Workforce Now is considered a strong asset
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to build repeatable reporting frameworks and an interest in leveraging AI tools within HR processes
