As a Senior HRBP, you’ll partner directly with senior leaders to drive culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness—owning everything from workforce strategy and leadership development to complex employee relations and governance. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of a fast-growing tech environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead culture and organizational development initiatives: track engagement results and drive action planning for the site
  • Shape and lead strategic HR initiatives for Everseen’s Serbia location as well as for a business function
  • partner with senior leadership to drive culture, capability, and performance
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people and organizational areas: Employee relations matters, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics and difficult conversations
  • Design and implement long-term HR and workforce strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee talent planning and leadership development for critical roles in collaboration with the other HR functions (TA, L&D, C&B)
  • Govern HR risk, compliance, and ethical practices: Manage complex and high-risk employee relations cases, ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, partner with the Legal team on sensitive discussions

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of HR experience, including several years in a HRBP role
  • Technical: Strategic workforce planning, organisational design, HR analytics for decision-making, local labour law
  • Behavioural: Strategic influence, executive presence, complex problem-solving, innovation
  • Business: Leadership advisory, long-term strategic vision, enterprise thinking
  • You understand the needs of the team and organisation and put in place the appropriate planning and delivery processes for this role
  • You enjoy solving problems creatively
  • You take pride in your work and you strive to delight your customers
  • You are a strong communicator and you like to present your ideas in clear and engaging formats
  • You like working with motivated people
  • and you strive to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • You have a bias for data and have experience of using HRIS (e.g. Sage) and Excel to a high level
