As a Senior HRBP, you’ll partner directly with senior leaders to drive culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness—owning everything from workforce strategy and leadership development to complex employee relations and governance. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of a fast-growing tech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead culture and organizational development initiatives: track engagement results and drive action planning for the site
Shape and lead strategic HR initiatives for Everseen’s Serbia location as well as for a business function
partner with senior leadership to drive culture, capability, and performance
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on people and organizational areas: Employee relations matters, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics and difficult conversations
Design and implement long-term HR and workforce strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee talent planning and leadership development for critical roles in collaboration with the other HR functions (TA, L&D, C&B)
Govern HR risk, compliance, and ethical practices: Manage complex and high-risk employee relations cases, ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, partner with the Legal team on sensitive discussions
Requirements:
8–12+ years of HR experience, including several years in a HRBP role
Technical: Strategic workforce planning, organisational design, HR analytics for decision-making, local labour law
