The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional who can help scope, build, and develop the People Strategy for the organization in either a part-time or full-time capacity. As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will report directly to and work alongside the Managing Director.
Job Responsibility
Help scope, build, and develop the People Strategy for the organization
Lead the implementation of the People Strategy, including applicable processes, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements that align with business goals and growth plans
Support the organization in attracting and onboarding key talent
Contribute to building a people-driven business that supports sustained organizational performance
Bring a genuine passion for people and organizational performance across all areas of the business
Serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted partner to the Managing Director
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 15 years of progressive HRBP leadership experience
Proven experience developing and implementing HRBP strategies, programs, and initiatives that achieve business objectives
Balanced perspective in navigating business objectives while serving as a trusted advocate and advisor
Ability to provide practical and realistic solutions through a hands-on approach
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Confident self-starter with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Collaborative and approachable professional who embraces a positive and team-oriented approach to getting the job done
