Job Description:

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a trusted Subject Matter Expert within the Global HR Technology & Analytics organization, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms and ServiceNow HR Case. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Teams, HR Operations, IT, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric technology solutions that improve HR service delivery and drive measurable business value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for HR technology platforms, with primary ownership of ServiceNow HR Case
  • and acts in a Solution Advisory capacity focused on global hiring activities
  • Understand and support end-to-end HR processes, including employee lifecycle events, with a focus on hiring related processes
  • Understand Core HRIS functionality such as case management, approvals, data maintenance, and integrations with downstream systems to ensure HR data integrity
  • Support the adoption, governance, and value realization of AI‑enabled capabilities across the HR technology ecosystem
  • Own and support ServiceNow HR Case configuration requests, enhancements, and ongoing optimization
  • Manage and troubleshoot HR-specific ServiceNow tickets, serving as Tier 3 support
  • Contribute to the HR intake, prioritization, and governance process
  • Identify opportunities to improve self-service, automation, and user experience across HR services using ServiceNow capabilities
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions
  • Support testing activities including regression, UAT, and production validation
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide clear documentation, knowledge articles, and user guidance to support adoption and consistent use of HR technology
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Function as a solution-focused, consultative partner, working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Information Systems, HR Operational Process, HR Service Delivery, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience supporting HR technology platforms
  • SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HR Case experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes and data into clear, actionable solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging stakeholders across levels and functions
  • Highly analytical, organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines, and escalate appropriately to management

Nice to have:

  • Experience working within a global HRIS environment and supporting shared service or case management models
  • Familiarity with HR data governance, testing practices, and change management
  • Experience working in an agile or iterative delivery model
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
