Job Description

We're looking for an experienced leader to strategically guide our HR Systems team and drive the digital HR transformation at TUI Musement. This hybrid position requires regular attendance at one of our offices (see our office locations here). Applications for this role will remain open until July 13.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for HR Systems at TUI Musement, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and improvements to support business objectives
  • Leading and developing a team of 3, setting clear priorities, allocating resources effectively, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, standards, and policies for HR Systems, ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity across the globe
  • Represent HR Systems in senior leadership forums as a key member of the TUI People Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with broader HR and business goals
  • Overseeing the delivery of major HR Systems projects and process improvement initiatives through effective project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR Systems and processes, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Systems management with a strong track record of leading HR Systems strategies and their implementation
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, having led and developed high-performance teams
  • Extensive experience in leading global HR Systems implementations, rollouts, and transformations
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, including developing and executing multi-year roadmaps
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills enabling presentation and influence at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform and modules, along with solid understanding of SAP HCM and system integration principles
  • Fluent in English
