Join us in shaping the Future of HR Operations at BASE life science. To strengthen our setup, we are now looking for a Senior HR Specialist who thrives in hands‑on HR work and enjoys improving the structure and systems that support it. You will be based in Denmark, report to the Manager of People & Culture Services and join a strong team of HR specialists who enable the business through well‑designed processes, high standards, and close collaboration with leaders and colleagues across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Help shape the HR operations foundation
  • Secure smooth, compliant processes, high-quality documentation, and clarity that supports great employee experience
  • Enable Workday data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Act as a professional point of contact through the People Inbox
  • Support the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, contracts, changes, payroll input, and leave administration
  • Improve how we work: refining workflows, supporting automation, strengthening ticketing setup, and keeping HR knowledge base and chatbot accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • Several years of experience within HR operations or People Services
  • Comfortable working with data, compliance, and structured processes
  • Experience with HRIS (ideally Workday)
  • Experience with Danish and European employment rules
  • Experience with GDPR
  • Clear communication in English
  • Danish language is a plus
