Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software to process payroll
Strong communication skills are mandatory

Job Responsibility

Play a key role in managing the HR activities at the regional and country level
Liaise with business and HQ HR departments to develop the annual HR Plan
Assist in determining talent requirements and aid in workforce planning and talent pipeline development in alignment with business strategy
Oversee recruitment activities to ensure the right talent acquisition
Promote and implement global standards into local policies and procedures to foster best HR practices
