Job Description:

The Senior HR Site Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers across MPP project sites in Poland. The role ensures effective execution of HR operational processes, provides support on employee lifecycle activities, and fosters a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day HR queries, resolving employees' issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor law.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact on project sites for all employee-related queries on procedures, policies and benefits
  • Support employees on end-to-end operational processes (onboarding, probation, transfers, exit, etc.)
  • Handle grievances, welfare issues, and conflict resolution
  • Build trust and maintain strong employee relations at site level
  • Execute and coordinate HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of contracts and HRIS (Success Factors) updates
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits administration, salary review coordination, and data accuracy
  • Support contractor workforce management including onboarding, contract administration and coordination with external agencies
  • Support workforce planning and staffing needs at project sites
  • Drive participation in employee engagement activities and support well-being initiatives on site
  • Support the performance management cycle, talent management and annual budget and compensation review processes
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Polish labor law, internal policies, and collective agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in HR operations, employee relations, or generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR operational processes
  • Experience in supporting employees in a site/project environment (construction, EPC, manufacturing, or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with ability to build trust with employees
  • Hands-on, pragmatic approach with ability to balance employee support and business needs
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
