Job Description:

The Senior HR Services Representative is a key member of the People Operations TWCNSEA team, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and employee life‑cycle topics. In this role, you will handle HR inquiries and processes, ensure accurate and timely case resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR services to deliver an excellent employee experience across Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. This position requires strong operational HR expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work within global standards while considering local regulations and practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, including onboarding, employee life-cycle events, and general HR policies and processes
  • Resolve HR cases by applying HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations with sound judgment
  • Manage HR cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a positive employee experience
  • Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
  • Identify recurring issues, process gaps, or risks, and actively contribute to process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within People Operations
  • Monitor and contribute to team KPIs, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and support problem-solving when results are off-track
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Expertise teams, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned and compliant HR service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in HR Services, HR Operations, or a similar HR role
  • Hands-on experience supporting employee life-cycle processes and handling HR inquiries in a regional or multinational environment
  • Experience working with HR systems and case management processes
  • Exposure to process improvement or project work is a strong advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee life-cycle management
  • Ability to handle cases with professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • able to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven and fast-paced environment while adapting to change
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
