Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Advisor to join the Pay Centralization Team within the Employee Data workstream, People Operations. This role is responsible for supporting Europe & Americas payroll operations through effective management of payroll inputs, stakeholder coordination across the ADP / One Payroll stack, and end-to-end payroll input reconciliation across multiple countries and regions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and govern payroll-related inputs across Europe & Americas regions, ensuring timely and accurate submission before payroll cut-off
  • Perform end-to-end reconciliation of payroll-impacting data across Employee Central, SAP, ADP, and related payroll systems
  • Validate effective dates, pay-impacting fields, and manual payroll inputs to minimize defects and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Investigate discrepancies, replication failures, and data mismatches across systems and drive timely resolution
  • Support payroll readiness by ensuring transactions are processed in line with service level expectations and compliance requirements
  • Act as a key liaison between Employee Data, One Payroll, payroll providers, and other People Operations stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure clarity on payroll inputs, ownership, dependencies and escalation paths
  • Manage stakeholder communications for issues related to payroll data flow, manual interventions, and process exceptions
  • Support transition and centralization initiatives by aligning on operating models, responsibilities, and controls
  • Maintain strong governance over manual payroll inputs and ensure they are used only where necessary and properly approved
  • Contribute to the development and adherence of RACI, escalation frameworks, and payroll control mechanisms
  • Ensure audit readiness through accurate documentation, process traceability, and compliance with payroll and employee data standards
  • Support continuous review of desktop procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation
  • Work across Employee Central (EC), SAP, ADP, and related systems to process, validate, and troubleshoot payroll-impacting changes
  • Support payroll process centralization by identifying process gaps, handoff risks, and opportunities for simplification
  • Collaborate on system and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality
  • Identify opportunities to simplify payroll input processes using low-code / no-code tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies
  • Partner with process owners and technical teams to improve tracking, validation, and routing of payroll inputs
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on reducing manual touchpoints, increasing efficiency, and improving stakeholder experience

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in payroll operations, employee data, or a related HR shared services environment
  • Strong experience in managing payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliation activities
  • Good understanding of payroll operations across Europe and Americas or multi-country environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functional and regional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with SAP, ADP, and Employee Central (EC)
  • Knowledge of payroll integrations, payroll cut-off governance, and replication/reconciliation concepts
