Join a team that delivers a world-class onboarding experience—from offer acceptance through Day 1—by ensuring new hires are set up accurately across systems, payroll inputs are submitted on time, and stakeholders have clear visibility and confidence in readiness. As a Senior HR Service Advisor in the New Hire Onboarding (Employee Data) team, you will own onboarding execution for new hires across APAC, IMEA, ANZ, and Korea, ensuring pre-onboarding activities, data validations across systems (e.g., Employee Central, SAP, CRM, workflow tools), and payroll input submission to vendors are completed accurately and on time. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your HR operations expertise, strengthen stakeholder management across geographies, and drive continuous improvement through better controls and automation.
Job Responsibility
You will manage end-to-end new hire onboarding execution from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring milestones are completed within expected timelines and service standards for your assigned countries
You will validate and reconcile employee data across systems (e.g., Employee Central (EC), SAP, CRM, workflow/tracking tools) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records
You will prepare and submit payroll inputs to the appropriate payroll teams/vendors for supported countries, ensuring inputs meet local requirements and are submitted ahead of payroll cut-offs to enable correct first-pay processing
You will investigate discrepancies and exceptions, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive short-term and long-term remediation plans in partnership with your manager and stakeholders
You will coordinate with stakeholders (recruiting, payroll, vendors, and internal People Operations partners) to clarify ownership, manage dependencies, and ensure timely resolution and proactive communications
You will maintain audit readiness and strong controls by documenting actions, ensuring process traceability, following established procedures, and protecting data privacy by adhering to confidentiality requirements
You will identify opportunities to simplify and automate onboarding and payroll input activities using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps), improving efficiency and stakeholder experience
