Job Description:

We're looking for a strategic thinker who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful insights. In this individual contributor role, you'll lead transformational analytics projects that shape workforce decisions across our global Markets and Airline divisions, working closely with HR Leadership and senior stakeholders to drive our People Agenda forward. The role operates in a highly complex global data and process landscape, requiring strong influencing and prioritisation skills to simplify and drive progress.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead large-scale people analytics and reporting transformation projects across our global Markets and Airline divisions
  • Working with global people data from multiple systems, deliver actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions
  • Design and maintain advanced analytics solutions and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Python, and our People Data Warehouse
  • Lead improvements to data quality, governance, and ethical use of people data across TUI
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner, consulting with HR and business stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive, employee-level data ethically and compliantly
  • Champion data literacy across the organisation by delivering training

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering people analytics or data analytics solutions in a complex, preferably global, organisation
  • Expertise in data visualisation and reporting (such as Tableau or Power BI) enables you to design dashboards that resonate with senior stakeholders
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses and/or data lakes
  • Hands-on experience building and automating analytics solutions using Python, Power Query, and advanced Excel
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, stories, and actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated success managing stakeholder relationships and influencing senior leaders, with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
