We're looking for a Senior HR Reporting and People Analytics Analyst to lead people data, reporting and analytics across BeNe, Nordics and Airline. You'll be the go-to expert for workforce insights in these regions, while also shaping global analytics transformation at TUI. This individual contributor role operates in a highly complex, multi-country data and process landscape, requiring strong prioritisation and the ability to balance regional needs with global standardisation.
Job Responsibility:
Own and lead HR Reporting & People Analytics for BeNe (Belgium, Netherlands, Curaçao, Morocco), acting as the key contact and escalation point for high-quality, compliant people data and insights
Leading HR Reporting & People Analytics for the Nordics, partnering with regional HR and Finance teams to deliver consistent, decision-ready workforce reporting aligned to global standards
As the senior analytics partner for Airline, provide accurate and timely people insights within this complex, operationally critical environment
Drive data governance, quality and compliance improvements across all three regions, implementing globally standardised and automated analytics solutions that enable senior leaders to make informed workforce decisions
Lead end-to-end delivery of global HR Reporting & People Analytics projects, designing and building dashboards using Tableau, Python, Excel and the People Data Warehouse
Work closely with Finance to validate HFM data and commentary, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for regional legal entities
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering people analytics or data analytics solutions in a complex, preferably global, organisation
Strong expertise in data visualisation and reporting (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is essential, with the ability to design dashboards for senior stakeholders
Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses and/or data lakes, plus the ability to build automated solutions using Python, Power Query and advanced Excel
Hands-on experience spans the full analytics solution lifecycle—from requirements gathering through to deployment and continuous improvement
Skilled at translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, with strong stakeholder management abilities and experience influencing senior leaders
Fluent, professional-level English is required, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form
