Job Description:

Senior level position responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources Partnership and Delivery teams. Provides a broad range of HR services to client groups within Citi. This is a 12 months fixed-term role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilize Citi's case management system to manage workload
  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance
  • Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people related queries
  • Partner with key stakeholders to solve complex matters and escalated client issues
  • Resolve moderately complex HR issues
  • Support sensitive conversations with senior management
  • Support the review and execution of ad hoc reporting, regulatory reviews, or audits
  • Partner with Human Resource Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify issue trends and implement solutions
  • Execute delivery of global priorities and employee life cycle processes
  • Coordinate with country HR partners
  • Steer global initiatives
  • Lead and/or initiate cross Citi projects
  • Serve as SME on relevant HR processes
  • Backup/deputy for Workplace Support Leads

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of HR functions
  • Working knowledge of applicable US laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday (or similar systems)
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
