You will lead the India-based Global Services Hub, overseeing Contact Services, Colleague Lifecycle processes, Payroll, and Specialist HR Services. This role drives operational excellence, digital optimisation, and a consistent, high-quality colleague experience. You will collaborate with global leaders, influence service design, and manage a large, diverse team.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end HR service delivery and ensure alignment with global service owners
Drive efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement
Manage and develop a high-performing team
Oversee data quality, compliance, and reporting
Partner with stakeholders across HR, Digital, and business units
Support transformation and change initiatives at scale
Requirements:
Experience leading large HR service delivery operations (global/offshore preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data management
Proven leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to drive change, solve complex issues, and use data for decision-making
