Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading global CDMO, who is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR initiatives across Europe and partner with global HR leadership to drive organizational effectiveness. This role presents a compelling opportunity to shape the people agenda in a dynamic, growth-oriented global CDMO and to make a meaningful impact on workforce performance and organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage all HR activities across European sites, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
Partner with site leadership and business units to develop and implement HR strategies that support growth, engagement, retention and business objectives
Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on people management topics, organizational design, change management and performance improvement
Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive life sciences environment
Oversee employee relations matters and ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently, fairly and in compliance with local labor laws
Support learning & development initiatives by identifying training needs and collaborating on programs that strengthen leadership capability and workforce skills
Act as a key contributor to global HR projects, cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
Minimum 7+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibility, ideally within a global organization in biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing or CDMO services
Strong knowledge of European employment law, HR best practices and multi-country HR operations
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leadership and influence HR strategy and decision-making
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a service-oriented mindset
Experience leading HR initiatives in support of organizational change, culture development and talent strategies
Fluent in English

Willingness to travel within Europe as required
