Job Responsibility:
Develop, formulate, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that strengthen the organization
Design and execute strategic workforce planning aligned with business needs and vacancy targets
Monitor key HR metrics, including absenteeism and employee engagement
Collaborate with managers to implement improvements that drive employee performance and satisfaction
Provide guidance to management and directors on employment conditions, labor laws, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor regulations, and best practices
Oversee health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards
Foster a safe and supportive working environment
Manage people operations, ensuring HR processes align with company goals
Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness
Support recruitment efforts and contribute to talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
A higher professional or university degree in HRM, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field
Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategic HR function, including management experience
Strong experience in a startup or scale-up environment, having built HR frameworks from the ground up and managed company growth
Deep knowledge of employment law, HR strategies, and organizational development
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
