Job Responsibility:
Serve as a dedicated coach and consultant to business leaders, translating business goals into practical, high-impact people initiatives
Deliver complex organisational design and change management programs that align with our evolving operating model and drive workforce efficiency
Facilitate local talent management and succession planning, ensuring recruitment and internal movements are strategic and enhance overall team capability
Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your client group, from leveraging HR metrics and performance management to ensuring recruitment and safety compliance
Requirements:
Established HR professional with experience in complex, industrial, or matrixed environments
Proven change agent with ability to lead HR teams, manage senior stakeholders, and translate technical HR strategy into commercial business actions
Commercially minded and highly pragmatic
Possess resilience and grit to provide healthy challenge to stakeholders while delivering results in a fast-paced environment
