Be the first point of contact for employees and Managers regarding policies, processes, and procedures in the company
Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees and monitor employees’ satisfaction and potential risks. Create action plan with Direct Manager and Head of the HR Office to improve/resolve critical issue for specialists
Actively participate in performance management (organize performance review meetings, moderate and summarize results)
Manage offboarding process
Provide consultancy for Management on human-resource-related issues, provide guidance and/or resolve complex people-related issues
Coordinate learning activities (provide access to training platforms, consult about appropriate type of trainings). Determine the educational needs of the company employees based on data from the monitoring results and competency
Advise specialists on professional development
Participate in other HR-related activities
Take part in: The development and improvement of HR processes and procedures
Organization of corporate events/activities
Together with the Team Manager (Project Manager) – in organization and conducting of team buildings, according to the needs and the current team state
Requirements:
3 + years of experience in HR management
Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Understanding of the software development sector and IT market
Good MS Office knowledge
Responsibility, reliability, initiative, proactivity, sociability, and result orientation
Conflict-resolution skills
Excellent communication and analytical skills
A University degree
Level of English – Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
Experience in conducting soft skills training
Additional courses and training in the field of organizational psychology, HR management, coaching etc.
