The Senior HR Manager holds the responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. The HR Manager also holds the responsibilities to develop and implement processes and procedures, HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The Senior HR Specialist will be required to manage the Government (authorities and agencies), representing the Company in all government related HR matters As part of the Branch Office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for the particular department in accordance to the Company’s procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Effectively administer employee benefits plans and policies, and employee relations
Support the Management in the development of HR strategies, plans, policies and programs
Oversee all HR operational activities and processes within the organization
Monitor and manage Saudization requirements and regulations
Implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies
Stay up to date with changes in labour laws, regulations, and Saudization requirements
Represent the organization in all government-related HR matters
Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to government compliance
Effectively communicate with employees in both Arabic and English
Act as a bridge between employees and the HR department to address inquiries and concerns
Ensure clear and transparent communication of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in an HR operations role
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor law, employee policies, and Saudization regulations
Strong experience and proficiency in managing government relations
Sound knowledge of government portals and procedures
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent propensity for attendance and punctuality
