Job Description

As an HR Manager / Senior Manager, you will play a dual role as both a strategic Business Partner and an operational Generalist. You will be instrumental in supporting our global headcount growth and organizational restructuring.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a key consultant to stakeholders on people solutions, performance management, and talent development
  • Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and build a robust talent pipeline to meet evolving business needs
  • Regional Operations: Oversee HR functions for the listed entity and its international subsidiaries, ensuring seamless payroll, tax compliance, and lifecycle management
  • Policy & Compliance: Modernize and maintain HR policies, ensuring all practices remain strictly aligned with regional legal standards and corporate governance
  • Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives focused on leadership development, employee well-being, and building a cohesive corporate culture

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline
  • 5 – 8 years of solid HR management experience
  • applicants with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior Manager title
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, and statutory regulations is essential
  • Proven track record in managing HR for listed companies or businesses with overseas affiliated offices
  • Native-level fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred, with excellent command of English and Cantonese
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments
