Job Description

As a Senior HR Implementation Manager, you will lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). You will oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out
  • Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation
  • Become an expert user of the Deel HR tools to provide expert guidance on its features and functionalities, including its touch-points with other Deel products
  • Using Project Management tools to guide clients through their onboarding journey, including guiding client through the planning phase during the sales cycle
  • Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Plan, validate, and test data transfers meticulously to prevent errors and minimize disruptions
  • Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration, complying with relevant data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver an optimal HR onboarding experience
  • Contribute to the internal development of Deel HR migration processes, including recommended improvements to standard operating procedures and product automation opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR implementation experience
  • Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to plan migrations effectively
  • Experience with change management in enterprise settings
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Proficient in HR systems and related tools
