Job Description

As a Senior HR Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions across both the Services and Product divisions. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, driving HR strategies, and aligning human capital with organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives for both divisions
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Create a strong employer brand and foster a positive and productive work culture
  • Establish performance review frameworks, feedback systems, and promotion processes
  • Design and oversee L&D programs for skill development and leadership growth
  • Manage employee grievances and handle disciplinary actions with fairness and compliance
  • Provide HR insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement change management initiatives
  • Handle additional responsibilities as deemed fit, including supporting tech teams with HR-related tools, onboarding, and training support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years in HR with a proven track record of managing cross-functional HR operations
  • Deep understanding of HR strategies, policies, and labor law compliance
  • Expertise in building performance-driven culture and managing full employee lifecycle
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS tools, and employee engagement platforms
  • Experience in designing compensation frameworks and L&D initiatives
  • Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and communication skills
