We are looking for an energetic, creative, and people-focused HR professional with 4+ years of experience across employee engagement, HR operations, and HR business partnering. The role requires strong ownership of new hire induction & onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, event management, and creative communication. The individual will act as a key connector between employees and HR leadership while strengthening employer branding and workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the end-to-end new hire induction and onboarding process
Conduct new hire induction sessions ensuring new employees are well-integrated into the organization
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experience from Day 1 to confirmation
Ensure all onboarding documentation, system access, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, including virtual programs for remote employees
Ensure smooth execution of Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs
Support organizational culture-building initiatives, including Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification activities
Drive initiatives that enhance employee morale, retention, and overall experience
Conduct regular employee connect sessions and capture actionable insights
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and wellbeing concerns
Facilitate skip-level meetings and proactively highlight potential risks and attrition indicators to HR leadership
Support HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
Maintain accuracy of employee data, documents, reimbursements, leave, and attendance in HRMS (Keka preferred)
Ensure adherence to HR policies and timely sharing of required MIS and reports with stakeholders
Track HR-related expenses and share monthly reports with relevant teams
Plan, organize, and execute all internal events, celebrations, engagement activities, and offsite/outdoor events
Ensure high-quality employee experience during events aligned with company culture and branding
Partner with Marketing to drive employer branding initiatives across platforms
Create visually engaging content using Canva for company announcements, events, employee communication, and branding materials
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, HR initiatives, inductions, and events
Design and publish employee stories, social media posts, reels, blogs, and Glassdoor reviews
Share regular updates on new joiners, anniversaries, achievements, events, and open positions
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to engagement, onboarding, operations, and branding
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience in employee engagement, HR operations, and HRBP support
Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Keka preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Canva for creative designing and PowerPoint for presentations
Creative mindset with attention to detail for communication and branding
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
Proactive problem-solving and risk management approach
