Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees
  • Collaborate with leadership on matters related to employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Provide guidance on compensation matters such as promotions, benefits, and pay adjustments
  • Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with finance teams to address payroll issues and implement updates or reconfigurations to payroll systems
  • Monitor and audit timekeeping records to ensure compliance and accuracy, addressing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and identify top-tier candidates for open positions
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including support for open enrollment and ongoing benefits management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while chairing compensation and benefits committee meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR regulations
  • Proven experience handling employee relations, payroll, and timekeeping inquiries
  • Familiarity with HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
