Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees
Collaborate with leadership on matters related to employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Provide guidance on compensation matters such as promotions, benefits, and pay adjustments
Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization
Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
Partner with finance teams to address payroll issues and implement updates or reconfigurations to payroll systems
Monitor and audit timekeeping records to ensure compliance and accuracy, addressing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and identify top-tier candidates for open positions
Administer employee benefits programs, including support for open enrollment and ongoing benefits management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while chairing compensation and benefits committee meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR regulations
Proven experience handling employee relations, payroll, and timekeeping inquiries
Familiarity with HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of discretion and integrity
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
