Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and driving impactful HR initiatives. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
  • Coordinate open enrollment processes, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions to ensure understanding and participation
  • Reconcile benefits invoices and collaborate with payroll for accurate deductions and compliance
  • Administer the company’s 401(k) plan, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timely processing of contributions
  • Lead onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires, including orientations and system setups
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data to support compliance and internal audits
  • Prepare reports and assist with audit documentation for leadership and regulatory purposes
  • Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and worker’s compensation claims efficiently
  • Ensure all candidates are required to undergo screening as part of compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with vendors and brokers to address benefit issues and recommend cost-effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in benefits administration and compliance
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and integration with payroll
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
