We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and driving impactful HR initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
Coordinate open enrollment processes, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions to ensure understanding and participation
Reconcile benefits invoices and collaborate with payroll for accurate deductions and compliance
Administer the company’s 401(k) plan, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and timely processing of contributions
Lead onboarding processes to provide a seamless experience for new hires, including orientations and system setups
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data to support compliance and internal audits
Prepare reports and assist with audit documentation for leadership and regulatory purposes
Process employment verifications, unemployment claims, and worker’s compensation claims efficiently
Ensure all candidates are required to undergo screening as part of compliance initiatives
Collaborate with vendors and brokers to address benefit issues and recommend cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in benefits administration and compliance
Proficiency in HRIS systems and integration with payroll
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred
