Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
  • Collaborate with branch operations across multiple locations to address HR needs and implement consistent practices
  • Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues in compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with broad exposure to various HR functions

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training program development
  • Skilled in analyzing and improving HR processes to drive organizational success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with business casual dress codes and hybrid work environments
