Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist for our client. In this key role, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions—from employee relations to policy development and performance management.
Job Responsibility:
Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures
Coach managers and employees on HR matters and company culture
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and professional growth
Coordinate and support performance review and appraisal processes
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee conflicts
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data
Contribute to developing and implementing training and development programs
Requirements:
4+ years of HR generalist experience in a dynamic business environment
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
