Our partner is an international manufacturing company, specialized in automatic doors and gates with 60-70 employees locally in Hungary. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage their HR processes in a single-handed role.
Job Responsibility
HR Business Partnering for GM, all Managers and Employees of the site
E2E operative support of the full employee lifecycle of all HU employees
Strategic Business partnering of the General Manager and the site management team
Coaching and advising for the people managers
Developing and executing Learning & Development initiatives in exchange with the region and Corporate Center
Execution of corporate HR processes and ensurance of compliance and data protection
E2E responsibility for local recruiting process (sourcing, recruiting and selection)
related employer branding activities
HR data management (internally developed HR system)
Disciplinary management
Support of Performance Management and Evaluation processes
Initiate and manage Employee Engagement activities
Working towards the site integration into corporate group culture and identification
Continuous improvement of HR Processes
Requirements
Significant and complex experience in HR as an HR Manager, HRBP or Senior HR generalist, preferably in a multinational corporate environment
Profound expertise in Hungarian labour law
Experience in supporting managers in HR related strategic and generic topics
Fluent English and native Hungarian
Positive mindset and can-do attitude
Customer and service orientation, creativity
able to work alone
