In this people-focused role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the people operations across EMEA, APAC, and the US markets. You will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and delightful employment environment whilst attracting and retaining the best talent across multiple regions.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the end-to-end coordination of interviews from technical roles to senior-level openings (Head, Director, and above), managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders
Own the full employee lifecycle, from delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience to strengthening hiring practices and continually raising the bar
Be a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, guiding them through growth, development, and to be the best they can be
Champion employee experience and culture to ensure our workplaces and systems enable people to do their best work
Play a key role in driving internal change initiatives - from new systems and policies to organisation-wide programs - ensuring smooth adoption, strong communication, and measurable impact
Maintain and proactively review operational compliance by keeping informed about labour laws and working practices, managing audits, and making any necessary adjustments to how we work
Ensure smooth running of day-to-day people processes such as compensation, benefits and payroll across EMEA, APAC, and the US
Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment process
Act as the first point of escalation by providing expertise, mentoring, and guidance to more junior team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
7+ years of strong experience in People Operations or HR with experience in a senior to leadership role
Expert knowledge of relevant compliance legislative requirements (DBS, GDPR, right to work), regulatory bodies, and related processes
Experience leading, developing, and optimising a team
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup/scale-up environments
Able to take full ownership of a topic, driving it independently end-to-end, with minimal oversight, and proactively involving stakeholders as needed
Solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical curiosity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across levels and regions
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the desire to change the status quo for the better
Nice to have:
CIPD Level 5 or relevant HR qualification (desirable)
Knowledge of US and UK employment labor laws and regulations
Experience working with a remote team
Experience working in the software development industry
