Job Responsibility

  • Lead HR process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Partner with leadership to drive performance management programs, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching
  • Develop and deliver training and professional development programs for employees and managers
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Strong background in HR generalist functions (employee relations, recruiting, performance management, etc.)
  • Experience with process improvements, program implementation, or HR initiatives
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Education/Higher Education/Non-profit industry experience highly preferred
