Job Responsibility
Lead HR process implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Partner with leadership to drive performance management programs, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching
Develop and deliver training and professional development programs for employees and managers
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies aligned with organizational goals
Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance
Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and strategic initiatives
Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace culture
Requirements
3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
