The core of their activity is complex corporate support, ranging from logistics and IT development to strategic consultancy. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team as a trusted advisor to managers and employees focusing on the UK market. This is a hands-on, advisory role where your knowledge of UK employment practices, sound judgement, and pragmatic approach will have real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a predominantly remote UK workforce in HR related topics
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding, ensuring a well-structured and positive new joiner experience
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with managers across the UK, acting as an HR advisor
  • Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee engagement, sensitive people matters, etc
  • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, investigations, and performance issues
  • Provide practical, business-focused advice on UK employment law, policies, and HR best practices
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives
  • Help translate complex topics into clear, practical guidance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on UK employment law and hands-on employee relations experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment practices and employment law
  • Experience partnering with managers on performance, engagement, and organisational change topics
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a practical and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting payroll preparation is an advantage
  • Fluency in English, Hungarian is preferred
