This position is a Recruitment-focused role (approximately 70%) with 30% responsibility across HR Operations. The incumbent will own end-to-end technical hiring while ensuring high-quality HR operational execution across onboarding, HRMS, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Own and close technical hiring requirements within agreed TAT
Independently manage mid to senior-level technical hiring
Prioritize business-critical and high-impact roles
Ensure no hiring requirement remains inactive or unattended
Maintain an active, healthy, and continuously updated candidate pipeline
Keep backup candidates available for all critical roles
Perform daily sourcing for technical positions (5–8 relevant profiles/day)
Conduct structured HR screenings
Coordinate interviews end-to-end with hiring panels
Share job descriptions and candidate profiles in advance
Minimize interview no-shows through structured follow-ups and confirmations
Capture, document, and close interview feedback promptly
Manage offer discussions and negotiations strictly within approved budgets
Ensure written offer acceptance and joining commitment
Drive post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts and ensure Day-1 joining readiness
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
Collect and verify joining documents
Create and maintain employee files (physical and digital)
Coordinate system access, email, Slack, and tool setup
Ensure HRMS employee creation and data accuracy
Facilitate welcome communication and employee introductions
Track daily attendance and leave management
Ensure accurate HRMS updates and attendance records
Report late/early punch exceptions
Maintain employee master data integrity
Share payroll inputs and support salary verification
Assist in payroll audits and salary slip distribution
Ensure zero payroll-impacting errors
Maintain real-time hiring pipeline visibility
Prepare weekly and monthly HR dashboards
Conduct periodic HRMS data audits
Share hiring, attendance, and lifecycle reports with stakeholders
Maintain performance and attendance history records
Prepare experience, relieving, and confirmation letters
Manage probation confirmations and documentation
Conduct structured exit interviews
Track notice periods, handovers, and asset returns
Ensure system access revocation and HRMS exits
Maintain complete and compliant exit documentation
