To manage and enhance employee relations by ensuring consistent application of HR policies, resolving workplace issues, and supporting key HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. This role contributes to a positive work environment and ensures compliance with labor laws and organizational standards using tools like SuccessFactors.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors and ensure data integrity
Address employee concerns and grievances, escalating complex cases as needed
Support investigations into workplace issues and assist in resolution efforts
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
Assist in developing and implementing employee relations programs and engagement initiatives
Monitor employee behavior and workplace dynamics to proactively identify potential issues
Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., recruitment, training, compensation) to support employee lifecycle
Prepare reports and dashboards related to employee relations metrics and trends
Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field
HR certifications are a strong plus (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI)
2–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
Hands-on experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution
