The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and people practices for Redian Software across India, Kenya, and the UAE. This role requires a hands-on HR professional with experience handling multi-country operations, remote teams, and HR systems such as GreytHR. The position works closely with the CEO and leadership team to support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational culture across geographies.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India, Kenya, and UAE
Drive onboarding, induction, and complete employee lifecycle management for onsite and remote teams
Handle HR operations using GreytHR including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles across regions
Drive employee engagement initiatives for distributed and remote teams
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance across geographies
Coordinate training, learning, and skill development initiatives
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership review
Support workforce planning in collaboration with CEO, COO, and Delivery Head
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
4–7 years of relevant HR experience
Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries (India, Kenya, UAE preferred)
Hands-on experience with GreytHR
Experience in IT / Software Services industry preferred
Strong recruitment and HR operations expertise
Practical working knowledge of GreytHR
Understanding of global HR practices and cross-cultural environments
