Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions
Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channels
Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
Sourcing and searching on job portals and social sites
Strategize and plan recruitment activity along with hiring teams, and implement it to stay synched with the hiring manager
Understand the company’s processes and style of working to increase hiring speed
There should be a single point of contact for joined candidates and responsible for timely feedback on their performance from time to time from respective departments and reporting managers
Should maintain and update all HRMIS related to recruitment
Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
Should have handled operational activities like attendance management, leave management, employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, R&R, joining formalities, and exit formalities
Manage employee relations, address grievances and conflicts, and guide to ensure a positive work environment
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefit enrollment
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs
Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR matters
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Good understanding of IT Skills and Technologies
The candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Organized, hardworking, and efficient time management
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Team player with the capacity to work independently
Adaptable to changing environments and priorities
Experience: Minimum 2 plus years of relevant IT company work experience
