Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions
  • Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channels
  • Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
  • Sourcing and searching on job portals and social sites
  • Strategize and plan recruitment activity along with hiring teams, and implement it to stay synched with the hiring manager
  • Understand the company’s processes and style of working to increase hiring speed
  • There should be a single point of contact for joined candidates and responsible for timely feedback on their performance from time to time from respective departments and reporting managers
  • Should maintain and update all HRMIS related to recruitment
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Should have handled operational activities like attendance management, leave management, employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, R&R, joining formalities, and exit formalities
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances and conflicts, and guide to ensure a positive work environment
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and benefit enrollment
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, providing guidance and support on HR matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Good understanding of IT Skills and Technologies
  • The candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Organized, hardworking, and efficient time management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with the capacity to work independently
  • Adaptable to changing environments and priorities
  • Experience: Minimum 2 plus years of relevant IT company work experience
